ABOUT OUR ESTATE
Welcome to the Pride of Lake Whatcom, our stunning northwest home on 100 feet of private, sunny, south facing shoreline. Over 6800 square feet of exceptional craftsmanship and true old world elegance make this architectural masterpiece an iconic addition to the area. Built from the maximum utilization of recycled materials from a turn of the century Seattle residence and a 1914 Seattle school house every detail has been considered with meticulous attention. We take pride in channeling that passion for detail into all that we do here, from up keeping the incredible landscaping to our guest interactions, we strive to honor that commitment to excellence.
The Garden Guesthouse
Two Queen bedrooms share a large bathroom. Separated by hotel suite style doors, each bedroom has its own exterior door, slider to the porch area, and small closet. The primary Queen suite has a mini fridge, microwave and hot water kettle. There is no full kitchen or range/stove, just the primary room appliances.
The Main Manor
A spacious and stunning stay, with all the amenities of luxury lakefront living. Two primary suites, soaring ceilings, propane fireplace in the cozy Great Room, library mezzanine, and large kitchen. Additional guest bathroom, kids futon room, lake facing balcony and BBQ area. Steps from the water.
Stargazer
Opposite the master this King suite is beautiful, cozy and sleeps 4. A King bed is on the main floor next to the window seating nook, and the ensuite bathroom. Up the wooden ladder you'll find 2 single beds! This suite also has a miniature fridge, microwave, kettle and opens to the Great Room.
OUR PROPERTY
Dock + Boathouse
Year round dock, additional float in the summer months. Boathouse has sun chairs, mini fridge, speakers, floaties and various lake toys.
Wifi
Wifi throughout the property, including the boathouse and most all of the grounds. Bluetooth speakers throughout main floor of the Manor.
Garden
Our meticulous landscaping and inventive watering system is a project of passion, and a point of great pride.
Location
Our home is 10 minutes driving to downtown Bellingham, 5 minutes to Barkley Village, 45 minutes to Mt Baker Wilderness.
Pool
Our seasonal pool is open Mid May through Early September. Weather dependent, open every day of the season.
